Return & Refund Policy

At Vortex Shop, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at jimmylinkedin3@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
